Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. Simultaneously manages multiple technical complex projects or single projects in aggregate generally above $30 million. Assumes the duties of a facility site manager as needed.



Bachelors. LEED Green Associate certification preferred or must be obtained within 1 year of employment. 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager or at least 10 years construction related experience. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience as a BHSF or BHE/BOS Project Manager preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in these areas: estimating scheduling, budgeting, cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate both written and oral. Demonstrated success in management of technically complex projects with an agreeable construction value above $30 million. Experience in AHCA inspected projects. Generally understand the essential job functions and responsibilities of a superintendent. Proficient in PC-based scheduling and spreadsheet applications. These include MS Project, Primarvera, Excel and Word.
