Job Description:

The 340B Manager will manage all aspects of the 340(b) Program across Baptist Health South Florida. Ensure compliance with regulations related to the 340(b) drug pricing program. Collaborates with Finance. Assist in the budget planning process; participates in the analysis and interpretations of 340(b) pricing trends, and the impact of new legislation. Responsible for operational performance, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance. The 340B Program Manager performs in-depth problem solving, independent decision-making, and coordination of program initiatives by utilizing quality/process improvement tools, methodologies, and technology to solve business problems and enhance operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 8 years of experience required. Registered Pharmacist and Apexus 340B University Certification preferred.
