Job Description:

Responsible for developing complex financial models to monitor, report, and support decision making regarding all Rx financial activities and investments across the Rx enterprise (340B Program, Acute and Ambulatory Pharmacy, Specialty pharmacy, Infusion Suites, Contract pharmacy, etc.) Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of the expense and capital budgets, preparation of financial reports and statistics, analysis and assessment of benchmark data, assisting with the evaluation of new programs and assisting with management of salary and supply expenses. Other key duties will include supporting the Rx Revenue Cycle process, identifying cost savings opportunities and supports implementation of efficient business operations while providing direct support to the Director of Rx business affairs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Finance – BSF required. 5 years of experience required. Master’s degree (e.g.; MBA, MHA or MPH) in Finance or accounting required. Experience in pharmacy accounting business for healthcare system required.
