Job Description:

Provides office supervision and support to Baptist Health Medical Group practice. Directly responsible for all business functions and oversees initiatives in support of patient satisfaction standards and objectives.

Qualifications:

High school Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred. Work experience may substitute for educational attainments and educational attainments may substitute for work experience. Must be a professional, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other computer skills required. Knowledge of Healthcare regulatory guidelines to include, but not limited to HIPAA and AHCA Minimum Required Experience: 3
