- The Versant R.N. Residency Program: The 18-week R.N. residency is a comprehensive education and training program designed to nurture and develop newly graduated RNs as they transition from nursing students to professional practitioners. The curriculum combines classroom instruction with real-time, hands-on monitoring. More than 500 employees support this program by serving as preceptors, managers, clinical educators and mentors.
- Professional Nurse Advancement Program: This competency-based program is designed to recognize and reward nurses for demonstrating practices that we value as an organization. Now, special compensation coincides with demonstrating clinical expertise at the bedside. There are four levels in the program: Novice/Advanced Beginner Nurse, Proficient Nurse, Advanced Nurse and Expert Nurse.
- The Scholars Program: An onsite, student-nursing program that provides classroom space, adjunct faculty and funding. This program awards students with full scholarships and stipends while they complete their clinicals. Thanks to the success of this program, the number of quality nurses we hire continues to increase.
Hallmarks of a Baptist Health nursing career include support, shared governance, autonomy, leadership and respect. We encourage you to search our job opportunities across a variety of Baptist Health facilities to find the one place that's right for you.
