Job Description:

As the Case Manager for Disability Administration, this individual is responsible for the daily medical case management functions of Baptist Health South Florida?s (BHSF): Return to Work, Disability Administration and ADA programs. The Case Manager will assist in coordinating and facilitating the employee?s return to temporary or alternate work for employees with non-occupational and occupational injuries or illnesses. The individual will also function as the liaison and collaborate with employees, health care providers, Leave/Disability providers/vendors and key internal personnel within BHSF to effectively manage cases.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Nursing degree from an accredited program.  Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience required and 2 years experience in Disability/Workers Compensation case management preferred.  Professional Case Management Certification preferred (CCM, CRRN, CPDM, CDMS).
