Join a fast-paced high-volume call contact center serving as the frontline of patient and customer experience at Baptist Health South Florida. As a Scheduling Agent, you will be a part of a team of professionals dedicated to assisting our patients and visitors with scheduling and providing general help.
You will accomplish all of this by using various tools and systems, as well as your ability to research to find solutions. Your ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain a positive mindset, and be a clear and effective communicator are all keys to success in this role.

Our Business Support/Authorization Agents serve as one of the first points of contact for patient care at Baptist Health South Florida. You will be reviewing various insurance benefits, referral/authorization requirements, obtaining patient financial responsibility and partnering with insurance companies/medical offices to help provide resolutions to our patients.
The ability to coordinate across insurance teams and medical offices, review detailed documentation and provide clear effective communication to our patients and their families are all vital aspects to this role. You will be taking inbound calls from patients and navigating through multiple computer systems in order to ensure an excellent patient experience.
