Baptist Health Allied Health Scholars Program
The Allied Health Scholars Program at Baptist Health offers a robust, work-integrated learning experience for students in various allied health disciplines including MRI, respiratory therapy, phlebotomy, medical assisting, and more. Through partnerships with academic institutions, participants gain access to preceptorships and clinical rotations while receiving financial incentives in exchange for work commitments at Baptist Health.

Pharmacy Technician Training Program
Our Pharmacy Technician Training Program is a 10-week, full-time certificate course that combines online learning with in-person training across Baptist Health locations. No prior experience is needed, and eligible students may receive full tuition and hourly pay through our Scholars track. It’s a great way to gain real skills and start a meaningful career in pharmacy.
